Soechi Lines is seeking a Crewing Supervisor to source, screen, and hire crew for Tanker/LPG/LNG vessels. You will manage candidate documentation (seaman book, passport, certificates) and coordinate with Marine/Technical Supervisors for interviews, ensuring STCW 2010 compliance and timely processing.

The role also involves maintaining crewing reports, reviewing manpower plans for the Deck Department, and handling extra orders from the Crewing Manager.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in maritime studies.
• 3–5 years of crewing experience at supervisor level.
• Experience in manning agencies is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.
• Excellent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source, scout and select crew based on vessel requirements.
• Register and verify candidate documents (seaman book, passport, certificates, medicals).
• Send candidate data for early interview to Marine/Technical Superintendent.
• Ensure all documents comply with STCW 2010 requirements.
• Prepare reports on crewing and recruitment activities.
• Review manpower planning for Deck Department and assist with promotions.
• Handle additional orders as instructed by Crewing Manager.

Responsible to scouting, selecting and processing suitable crew based on vessel Tanker/LPG/LNG

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :

Sourcing, scouting and selecting crew based on vessel requirement

Making register and registering application document of crew candidate including important document such as seaman book, passport, certificate, checkup

Sending crew candidate data in accordance with competency to the Marine Superintendent or Technical Superintendent for early interview - Assisting & ensuring all documents valid as per STCW 2010

Making report of Crewing and Recruitment activities (numbers of crews recruited and resigned during report period, the vessels, crew level.)

Reviewing the Man Power Planning for Deck Department and Following up on Crew Promotions

Cover any additional job orders as and when instructed by Crewing Manager

REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from maritime studies

At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in crewing area as as Supervisor

Preferably candidate with experience in manning agency

Solid knowledge of maritime laws and regulation

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding proficiency in English

Proactive with good problem-solving skills, resourceful and able to work towards deadlines with right sense of urgency

Able to join within 1 month notice
