Mace is seeking a Risk and Change Specialist to establish and operate programme-level risk and change arrangements for a major airport portfolio. You will lead governance, workshops, and reporting to support mobilisation and delivery in a live aviation environment.

The role requires extensive experience in risk and change management, strong English and Spanish communication, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Power BI. Flexible, hybrid working options may apply.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years' experience in risk management, change management, project controls, PMO, programme controls or major infrastructure delivery.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the aviation sector, including work within a live operational airport environment.
• Experience establishing and operating programme-level risk management, change control and governance processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining risk registers, change logs, mitigation plans, reporting dashboards and decision-support information.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops, risk reviews and governance forums with senior stakeholders.

The Project:

The Risk and Change Specialist will establish, coordinate and operate the programme-level risk and change-management arrangements for ADP’s airport portfolio. During the initial pre-mobilisation phase, the role will undertake a structured assessment of ADP’s existing risk and change arrangements, facilitate the identification of mobilisation risks and opportunities, and establish the processes, registers, governance and reporting required to support the safe and controlled mobilisation of the first airport team. As additional airport projects are mobilised, the role will consolidate project-level risk and change information through the Lima Management and Reporting Centre; identify cross-project dependencies, trends and impacts; establish early warning; and provide decision-ready analysis to programme leadership and ADP.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assess the readiness of the Clients risk and change management arrangements to support programme mobilisation and delivery.
• Identify gaps in governance, ownership, reporting, approvals and integration with programme controls.
• Establish and maintain programme-level risk and opportunity management processes, ensuring alignment with Client requirements, the Mace Way and recognised industry standards.
• Facilitate risk and opportunity workshops with programme leadership, project teams, airport operations and specialist stakeholders.
• Ensure risks and opportunities are linked to programme objectives, milestones, costs, approvals and operational constraints.
• Review the quality, consistency and completeness of project risk information, ensuring clear ownership, mitigation actions and accountability.
• Prepare programme-level risk reports, dashboards and decision-ready information for governance forums.
• Manage programme change-control processes, reviewing change proposals, assessing impacts and supporting governance approvals.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of approved changes, ensuring outcomes are achieved and baselines remain aligned.
• Maintain appropriate audit trails for risk and change decisions, approvals and governance activities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to project teams, risk owners and change sponsors, promoting proactive risk management and transparent escalation.
• Support continuous improvement by reviewing the effectiveness of risk and change arrangements and applying lessons learned from mobilisation and delivery activities.
• Work closely with the Service Lead, Programme Management Specialist, Project Managers and airport teams to support informed decision-making and delivery outcomes.
• Apply lessons learned and industry best practice, adapting Mace methodologies to Client’s operational and concession environment.

You’ll Need To Have

• Minimum 10 years' experience in risk management, change management, project controls, PMO, programme controls or major infrastructure delivery.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the aviation sector, including work within a live operational airport environment.
• Demonstrable experience establishing and operating programme-level risk management, change control and governance processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining risk registers, change logs, mitigation plans, reporting dashboards and decision-support information.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops, risk reviews and governance forums with senior stakeholders.
• Degree qualification in engineering, construction management, project management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification in project, programme, risk or change management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to facilitate workshops and prepare technical documentation.
• Experience using programme controls and reporting tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI, Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
