Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in people and projects and redefine ambition. The role sits in the Talent Acquisition team, working with hiring managers across the US, Canada and Latin America to meet hiring needs from our WeWork Larco office in Miraflores, Peru.

You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing diverse talent, screening and interviewing, extending offers and managing onboarding.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Recruitment experience in construction or civil engineering consultancy environments.
• Expertise in screening, interviewing, offer management and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong sector knowledge, professional networks and talent acquisition domain expertise.
• Area of expertise aligned with PMO, Datacentres, Construction, Property, Rail, etc.

The Project

Works as part of talent acquisition function collaborating across the business, partners with hiring managers, developing key working relationships and key insights into hiring requirements to enable achievement of KPIs and objectives to meet hiring needs.

Responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interviewing and selecting the most appropriate candidates, both internally and externally across United States, Canada, Peru, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Mexico as part of the Talent Acquisition team based in WeWork Larco in Miraflores, Peru.
