Mace, a global consultancy, is seeking a qualified finance leader in Lima, Peru to lead AR/AP teams and manage multi-currency accounting within a hybrid setup. The role requires strong technical accounting skills, Oracle experience, and a track record in financial reporting and process improvements.

The candidate will partner with Treasury and Finance to forecast cash flow, ensure timely closes, and drive efficient controls while supporting audits and maintaining Peruvian tax compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, collections, customer billing, and cash application.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and FX impacts.
• Perform bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management with Treasury/Finance.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, year-end close.
• Monitor aging reports and drive collections to improve DSO.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and compliance.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support audits and provide documentation for auditors.
• Maintain relationships with banks and vendors.
• Prepare management reporting and KPI dashboards.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, collections, customer billing, and cash application.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange impacts.
• Perform and review bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance teams to support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Monitor aging reports and drive collection efforts to improve DSO.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support audits and provide documentation for internal and external auditors.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and key vendors.
• Prepare management reporting and KPI dashboards.

You’ll Need To Have

• Chartered Accountant with strong technical accounting expertise and Oracle systems experience.
