Mace is seeking a finance professional to manage core accounting and cash processes across international entities. You will handle ledgers, payments, invoicing, and treasury support while delivering timely reporting to finance partners.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Peru with opportunities to collaborate across teams and external accounting partners to improve accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Formación

• Experience with accounting processes and financial controls.
• Ability to prepare and interpret management reports.
• Strong communication across finance and non-finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase ledger and intercompany ledgers; set up payments for international entities.
• Process payments on banking portals; handle supplier and payroll transactions.
• Raise external sales invoices and manage sales ledger for international entities.
• Support bank reconciliations and treasury activities.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to finance partners.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms to support financials.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Manages purchase ledger/intercompany ledgers and setting up payments for international entities.
• Manages and submits payments on banking portals such as JPM including supplier and payroll transactions.
• Supports project teams with raising external sales invoices to clients and managing sales ledger for international entities.
• Manages Bank reconciliations and treasury support.
• Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis supporting finance business partners.
• Manages loan interest invoices between consult entities.
• Assists and supports the quarterly comms session including the planning of PowerPoint slides.
• Assists in maintenance of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers in the accounting system.
• Collaborates with external accounting companies like Baker Tilly to support with financials.
• Proposes improvements that will increase accuracy and efficiency in the finance processes.
• Carries out Ad-hoc finance projects, supports finance business partners with month end.
• Provides guidance & coaching to more junior roles.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll Need To Have

• Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way as well as being inquisitive and seek opportunities to learn and share knowledge
• Collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders, building trusting and respectful relationships.
• Can demonstrate clear, concise written and verbal communication
• Basic understanding of the budgeting, planning and forecasting.
• Basic knowledge and experience in management reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Oracle.
