BTD Grupo is seeking a senior Project Planning and Control specialist to analyze and reorganize project budgets, read and interpret contracts, and map profitability across initiatives. The role involves preparing billing plans, cash flows, and comprehensive reports for stakeholder review.

• General experience of 20 years and at least 10 years in related roles.
• Knowledge of how construction companies operate.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and database management.
• Knowledge in document management (SharePoint or other platforms).
• Languages: multilingual appreciated.
• Analytical capacity and critical thinking.
• Ability to interpret technical, contractual, and financial information.
• Effective internal and external communication; organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and reorganize project budgets according to actual execution.
• Prepare physical schedules, billing plans, and cash flows.

• Generate technical, administrative, and financial reports.
• Prepare comparisons of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Replan activities in case of project deviations.
• Analyze costs, margins, and financial impacts of project addendums.
• Support payment management, warehouse tracking, and document control.
• Participate in procurement processes and deviation analysis.
• Perform project accounting closings and reconciliations.
• Integrate information from various projects for global analysis.
