BTD is seeking a Senior Project Manager for water infrastructure in Madre de Dios, Peru. You will define project scope, schedule, budget, and organizational structure, and ensure on-site execution with daily monitoring and strong team leadership.

Formación

• Degree in Civil, Sanitary, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 10–20 years in infrastructure project execution.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing water infrastructure construction projects with field involvement (mandatory).
• Strongly valued experience leading on-site works, with ability to make technical decisions in situ and coordinate daily execution.
• Knowledge and experience in project management.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of project management software.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the project before the client and manage contractual variations with significant impact.
• Facilitate the acquisition of licenses and permits, especially environmental ones.
• Ensure an active on-site presence, participating in daily monitoring of activities to guarantee proper technical and operational execution of the project.
• Lead the work team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring smooth communication.
• Validate technical deliverables and promote compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Report to the Management Committee on project progress and execute its directives.
• Coordinate project commissioning and ensure formal handover, including final reports and lessons learned.
