Job Title: Associate Manager, Product Development

A popular fashion brand is seeking a temp-to-hire Associate Manager, Product Development to join their team in Vernon.

Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Production, QC, and DC teams, supporting the Supply Chain across all product categories.
• Manage and update daily WIPs in Pre-Production, including color and fit status, development costs, fit releases, and BOMs in the internal PLM system.
• Own the hand-off process from Product Development to Production.
• Communicate daily with vendors and factories to ensure smooth operations.
• Track garment deliveries and troubleshoot issues to maintain on-time shipping.
• Coordinate logistics and import traffic with factories and DC team; update ERP and Quickbase systems.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience interacting with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Design, Tech, and Production.
• 3-5 years of product development experience, import experience preferred.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
