Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

• Conduct trend research and analysis to guide design decisions for upcoming collections.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer to conceptualize and develop product styles, samples, and private label designs while adhering to project deadlines.
• Manage product development timelines, monitor progress, and communicate updates effectively to the Senior Designer and Creative Director.
• Create sketches and develop approximately 100-150 garments monthly, ensuring alignment with market trends.
• Coordinate sample handoffs for internal library management and reference purposes.
• Work alongside the production team for fabric selections and color approvals.
• Participate in fitting sessions, providing constructive feedback on fit, construction, and garment details.
• Request necessary revisions from CAD artists based on client feedback and account specifications.
• Collaborate with the pre-production technical team to ensure accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and cost estimation.

What We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Designer in the fashion/apparel industry.
• A college degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; a true team player.
• Knowledgeable about fabric types, wash/dye processes, and embellishments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator.
