Job summary

Modinity Group is seeking an experienced Pattern Maker for our fashion team in Peru. You will develop initial sample patterns from designs and technical specs, ensure proper fit, and prepare production-ready patterns.

You will grade patterns across standard sizes, estimate fabric consumption, and collaborate with Design, Sample, and Production teams to refine construction details and size charts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in fashion or apparel.
• Strong knowledge of pattern construction, sizing, grading, and alterations.
• Proficient in CAD pattern-making software, particularly TUKAcad/Optitex.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, measurements, fittings and production processes.
• Ability to estimate fabric consumption accurately.
• Skilled in preparing clear sewing instructions and size charts.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
