Modinity Group is seeking a Production Improvement Engineer to drive lean initiatives across garment production. You will conduct time and motion studies, update SAM/SMV metrics, and develop line balancing to boost efficiency and capacity planning.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and cross‑department coordination with Production, QA, PPC, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing to achieve targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of production process from Cutting – Sewing – Finishing – Packing.
• Proficient in time & motion study, line balancing, capacity planning, work measurement (SMV/SAM).
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot, Power Query, Lookup, dashboards); Power BI or ERP like Oracle/SAP preferred.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

Responsibilities :

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related major.
• Understanding of the production process from Cutting – Sewing – Finishing – Packing.
• Proficient in: Time Study & Motion Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Work Measurement (SMV/SAM), Layout Improvement, Method Improvement, Productivity Analysis, Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, Lookup, dashboard), PowerPoint, and preferably proficient in Power BI or ERP software such as Oracle/SAP.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to create production KPI reports.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Willing to work toward targets and conduct direct observations on the production floor.
