Job summary

KSR Global is launching operations in Peru and seeks an Operations Manager to drive ground preparation and establish the foundation of the future operations team. • Will lead pre-launch readiness including vendor onboarding, contracts, and bank accounts.
• Coordinate with banks, credit bureaus, and payment providers as the on-ground lead.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local point of contact with vendors and partners (credit bureaus, banks, payment providers).
• Lead pre-launch readiness: onboarding, contracts, bank accounts, service setup and checklists.
• Design, document and implement processes for loan origination, disbursement, payments and collections.
• Set up disbursement and repayment channels with daily bank reconciliations.
• Support regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, data protection) with legal and compliance teams.
• Build and track operations OKRs and KPIs with the CEO.
• Manage vendor SLAs, costs and invoices; coordinate with commercial, risk, technology and customer service teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements and automation.
• Lay groundwork for future operations team: role definitions, hiring support, onboarding.
• Prepare status reports for CEO and leadership team.

We are looking for someone who executes: who picks up the phone, follows up and gets things moving with vendors, banks and credit bureaus, quickly and with autonomy. Extensive experience is not required. What matters most is your bias for action.
