DSV, a global transport and logistics company, seeks a QA/QMS professional to support QMS implementation and audits. You will maintain documentation, prepare KPI reports, and monitor corrective actions across HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong English, problem solving, and the ability to coordinate training and inspections.

Based in Jakarta, this full-time position offers exposure to ISO standards and diverse audits across international operations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or Quality Assurance is required.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in ISO/QMS implementations (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and related standards.
• Experience in conducting audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environment.
• Strong understanding of document control and risk assessment.
• Excellent written communication and English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain QHSSE documents, records, and document control systems.
• Prepare and compile monthly KPI reports and performance data.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions; track nonconformities and safety incidents.
• Coordinate employee training and awareness activities.
• Conduct routine QHSSE inspections and audits; support regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate equipment and infrastructure fulfilment towards applicable regulation.

JOB DUTIES

• Support implementation of effective QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GDP, HALAL, TAPA, AEO) and related policies to meet departmental objectives and industry standards
• Maintain QHSSE documents, records, and document control systems, such as, but not limited to, Document Master Log, Nonconformities Report & Log, Change Control Report & Log, Management Review Report, etc.
• Prepare and compile monthly KPI reports, Target and Objective records and management system performance data, such as, but not limited to HSE statistic, sustainability report
• Monitor corrective and preventive action implementation status and completion. Such as but not limited to, Nonconformities, Health & Safety incident report
• Coordinate employee training and awareness activities
• Conduct routine QHSSE inspections, including workplace inspections, safety equipment checks, near-miss reporting, and calibration monitoringand other necessary compliance monitoring activities
• Support internal audit, customer audits, certification audits and regulatory inspections
• Support emergency response exercises and preparedness activities
• Coordinate equipment and infrastructure fulfillment towards applicable regulation and Managemet systems
• Perform other QHSSE administrative and project assignments as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Administration / Industrial Engineering / Quality Assurance
• Minimum 3 years work experience in related Quality Management Systems
• Experience in managing ISO or QMS implementation, preferably ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Certified, TAPA, Halal, AEO
• Experience in conducting audit or quality improvement
• Proficient in Quality, Health & Safety, Security, Environment
• Intermediate knowledge in Quality Management Systems,Document Control,Risks Assessment
• Managing multiple activity and prioritization of work (tight deadlines)
• Problem solving, critical thinking skill
• Good written communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
