We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations in Peru.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving talent strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and people analytics initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze workforce metrics, attrition, engagement, performance, and talent trends to support decision-making.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and talent development.
- Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, retention, succession planning, and change management.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Drive workforce planning and support business growth through data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Operations teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within People processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar strategic HR roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas).
- Strong experience working with HR metrics, reporting, and people analytics.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting regional or multinational teams.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools.
- Experience in shared services, BPO, media, technology, or professional services environments.
