Solvo Global Careers is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support U.S.-based operations from Lima, Peru. The role focuses on employee relations, compliance, and partnering with leaders to foster a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in U.S.-based HR operations and 1 year in local HR processes. Strong English and discreet handling of sensitive information are required.

Formación

• Advanced English (C1) written and spoken.
• 3+ years HR experience, including 2 years US HR operations and 1 year local HR processes.
• Experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of HR compliance activities and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and training.
• Partner with Operations Managers on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and U.S. employment regulations, including I-9 audits and documentation.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and various HR projects.
• Act as a trusted HR business partner while maintaining confidentiality.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic team supporting operations across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and training.
• Partner with Operations Managers on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and U.S. employment regulations, including I-9 audits and documentation.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and various HR projects.
• Act as a trusted HR business partner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced English (C1) written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience:
  • At least 2 years supporting U.S.-based HR operations.
  • At least 1 year supporting local HR processes.
  • Employee relations
  • Workplace investigations
  • HR compliance activities
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
