24Slides is seeking a General Manager for our Peru office in Lima, offering a hybrid work setup (3 days at the Lince office, 2 days remote). You will lead a high-performing, cross-functional team and align local execution with our global strategy.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, English fluency, and the ability to influence across matrix organizations. You will report to the Global Leadership Team and shape Peru’s growth and culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics or related field.
• Advanced/Fluent English – daily interaction with global stakeholders.
• Proven or potential leadership experience with strategic thinking.
• Ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and influence others.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to Design, Customer Support, and People Success & CSR.
• Foster cross-department collaboration and remove blockers.

• Oversee People Success & CSR and maintain employee engagement.
• Act as legal representative and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Own site budget and financial performance with Finance.
• Develop local leaders and strengthen Peru-Indonesia-Denmark collaboration.

We are looking for a General Manager to lead our Peru office and drive the next chapter of our Local Office-Empowered strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring our Lima site operates as a unified, high-performing organization by empowering local decision-making, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning local execution with 24Slides' global strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the Peru office by creating a shared vision and fostering a collaborative One Team culture.

2. Represent Peru as a member of the 24Slides Global Leadership Team, contributing to the company's global strategy.

3. Provide leadership and direction to the Design, Customer Support, and People Success & CSR teams.

4. Strengthen collaboration across departments and remove barriers between teams.

5. Drive local decision-making while ensuring alignment with global objectives.

6. Oversee the People Success & CSR function, promoting a strong culture and employee engagement.

7. Act as the legal representative of the Peruvian entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

8. Own the site's budget and financial performance in partnership with Finance.

9. Develop local leaders and strengthen collaboration between Peru, Indonesia, and Denmark.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

2. Advanced/Fluent English – You will be communicating daily with global stakeholders.

3. Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.

4. Strategic mindset with strong people leadership and mentoring skills.

5. Ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and lead through influence.
