Greenwich Metals Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist in Lima to support a growing LATAM team and help scale HR operations across the region. This hands-on role collaborates with the US HR Manager and supports employees and managers across LATAM and beyond.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, employee records, payroll support, benefits and compliance, while driving standardized HR processes and reporting. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience, preferably across multiple countries.
• Experience with LATAM HR operations and local employment practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or other HR systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
• Partner with local teams and external HR/payroll providers to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and other employee programs across applicable LATAM countries.
• Help ensure HR policies and practices align with local employment requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and requests.
• Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, and reporting.
• Support recruitment and onboarding as the company grows.
• Help develop and standardize HR processes, policies, and systems across all regions.
• Partner with the US HR Manager on broader HR initiatives and projects.

About the role
