A multinational power equipment company is seeking a Regional HR Specialist to support HR operations and recruitment across the Americas, with a focus on Latin America. This hybrid role combines 50% end-to-end recruitment and 50% HR operations, requiring 3-6 years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment within Latin American markets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with Spanish or Portuguese as a plus. Flexibility in work location is offered.

Formación

• 3–6 years of HR experience, with a mix of recruitment and generalist work.
• Experience in LatAm markets (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, etc.).
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the Americas.
• Manage employer branding and talent attraction activities.
• Support performance management and compensation benchmarking.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding.
