The Estée Lauder Companies Peru is seeking an HR Intern to support key People processes while collaborating with local, regional and global stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on experience in payroll & employee data administration, benefits management, occupational health & safety, labor compliance, DEI initiatives, and HR analytics with AI-powered productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Currently a student in the 7th or 8th academic cycle of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Law.
• Advanced English required.
• Portuguese highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Interest in AI, technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll & employee data administration.
• Assist benefits management tasks.
• Support Occupational Health & Safety activities.
• Help ensure labor compliance & government reporting.
• Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
