Job summary

Stantec in Peru is expanding its LATAM Talent Acquisition team and seeks a senior TA leader to manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles in a growing project portfolio. Based in Lima, this on-site role requires engaging with engineering, mining, infrastructure and consulting stakeholders to deliver top talent.

The successful candidate will develop sourcing strategies, leverage BrassRing and Power BI for data-driven decisions, and help standardize processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, mining, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting organizations is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably BrassRing; proficiency with Power BI reporting.

• Experience using talent acquisition metrics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
