Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Peru is seeking an HR Intern to support key People processes while collaborating with local, regional and global stakeholders. You will gain hands-on experience across payroll data administration, benefits, occupational health and safety, labor compliance, DEI initiatives, and HR analytics and AI‑powered productivity tools.

• Currently enrolled in the 7th or 8th academic cycle in one of the listed programs.
• Experience from previous internships is desirable.
• Advanced English is required.
• Portuguese language is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll and employee data administration.
• Assist benefits management and HR processes.
• Contribute to occupational health, safety, and labor compliance efforts.
