Stantec in Peru is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles across LATAM. You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and drive data-driven decisions using BrassRing and Power BI.

The role requires 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, advanced English, and a track record in engineering/mining/infrastructure sectors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, mining, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting organizations is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably BrassRing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience using talent acquisition metrics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
