Ruangkerja in Lima seeks a creative Employer Branding Specialist to develop content plans and create social media materials for HR initiatives, coordinating online and offline events to boost visibility and engagement.

You will design and execute branding campaigns, track performance with analytics, and build partnerships with universities, communities, and job platforms to expand the brand and attract talent.

Formación

• Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities.

• Experience with data analytics and interpreting social media insights.
