Job summary

Marathon Talent is seeking a market lead in Peru to launch and grow a priority market end to end. You will own the country launch plan, regulatory path, GTM, hiring, and P&L, while coordinating with product and engineering to localize the experience.

You will drive growth across paid, referral, influencer, and community channels, shape local creative, conduct user research, and set up operations from support to payment partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in tech (fintech, marketplaces, delivery, or similar).
• Track record owning growth: channels, funnels, experiments, with results.
• Product experience: roadmaps, specs, working with eng/design.
• Technical enough to query data and build small tools (SQL, GitHub).
• Heavy AI tooling user — uses AI daily for research, analysis, and content production
• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese and English for Brazil.
• Based in the country you'll run
