Publicis Global Delivery, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an Associate Media Account Manager to support client operations and billing across levels of complexity. You will help ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting and financial workflows.

Responsibilities include MBOX data pulling, weekly reports, client invoicing, and budget tracking. Strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, initiative, and collaboration are required to deliver high-quality outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Pull MBOX data and prepare weekly reports.
• Support billing: invoicing, confirmations, and draft reports.
• Lead Open Items and billing reports.
• Support budget reports, retainer tracking, and monthly trackers.
• Produce competitive reports: Brand Score Card and Abby Report.
• Revise Excel tools flowcharts for performance reports.

Overview

Client Ops L2; The Associate Media Account manager actively participates in supporting a wide range of operational and billing processes for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

Responsibilities

MBOX data pulling, MBOX Weekly reports, Mbox vs Prisma report. Support billing and financial processes such as: Billing Status, Delivery Confirmations (D/Cs), Client Invoice Creation & Draft Billing Report Lead Open Items report: Open Items & Billing report. Support Budget Reports, Retainer tracking, Budget recon, Monthly Budget Tracker Client Weekly Reports Support the creation of Competitive reports: Brand Score Card, Weekly Report, Brand Model (Abby Report), Holiday Competitive tracker. Participate on Media Tools flowchart revision: Excel workbooks for performance, Paid Media Flowchart
