Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of BD experience in brokerage, crypto, or neobanks.
• Strong understanding of international financial markets, preferably FX.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.

• MS Office and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.

Job Overview

We are looking for Business Development Managers with experience in the forex or crypto industry to drive new partnerships and grow our network.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new Introducing Broker (IB) partners
• On-boarding new IB partners
• Relationship management with new and existing partners to build loyalty
• Continuous due diligence
• Introducing Libertex products, services and cooperation terms to partners
• Consulting partners' staff on sales, monitoring partners' sales
• Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met
• Preparing monthly reports on partners' performance
• Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach

• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development role within the brokerage, cryptocurrency exchange or neobanks industry.
• A good understanding of international financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
• Business-level fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and writing skills as well as attention to detail
• Confident telephone conversation skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
• Strong negotiation and pitching skills
• Great listening skills
• Ability to work on deadline
• Excellent customer service skills

• Must be able to maintain a positive atmosphere among partners, making their voices heard and providing them with timely feedback and solutions on all issues that may arise
