PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk in Lima seeks a graphic designer to create high-quality visual assets for social media and e-commerce, ensuring they meet platform requirements and brand guidelines. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand teams to understand campaign goals, develop thematic visuals, and maintain a consistent identity across channels.

Formación

• Bachelor or Associate degree in graphic design or related field with GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design in FMCG E-Commerce.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in the office with flexible hours.

• Creating high-quality visual assets for social media and e-commerce, such as content, web banners, pack shot, e-commerce design
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand team to understand campaign goals and optimize visuals for conversion
• Ensure all assets meets all platform requirement and brand guidelines
• Develop thematic, seasonal, and promotional campaign visual
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all e-commerce, internal commerce website, and digital channels
• Manage multiple project with swift action in a fast-paced online retail environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Associate degree in graphic design or related field with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design role in FMCG E-Commerce
• Proficient in design and illustration software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, etc
• Able to work independently, but can collaborate with a cross-function team
• Have good communication skill for smooth coordination
• Can work under pressure and have can do attitude
• Fully work from office, but willing to work in flexible hours
