Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a Senior Chemist / Lab Expert in Sohar, Oman. The ideal candidate will have experience in Petroleum Refinery, analytical techniques, and testing methods. You will be responsible for handling PQC & PQA of gases, hydrocarbons, and environmental samples. Join us in delivering solutions in the energy sector.
Qualifications
- Experience in Petroleum Refinery.
- Familiarity with ASTM/UOP/APHA/SMS/IP/SMS testing methods.
- Capability to handle complex analysers.
Responsibilities
- Handle PQC & PQA of gases and hydrocarbons.
- Conduct analysis of utility and environmental samples.
- Utilize sophisticated analytical techniques.

Wood is recruiting for a Senior Chemist / Lab Expert to join its Projects team in Sohar, Oman with relevant experience in Petroleum Refinery in handling PQC& PQA of Gases , Hydrocarbons , Utility and environmental samples by Sophisticated Analytical Techniques and complex analysers and well familiar in ASTM/UOP/APHA/SMS/IP/SMS Testing methods and has the capability to deliver below requirements,
