Job description

Service and maintenance of all the vehicles keeping in line to the Manufacturers and Company Standards. Maintains the workshop standards, facilities and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Works to achieve individual as well as team based targets for efficiency and high productivity
• Works towards the optimum utilization of the facility (generated business Vs. total capacity of the facility)
• Controlling the Work In Progress Reports (WIP) and enhancing labor sales achievement
• Ensures the workshop follows health and safety guidelines
• Supports high level diagnostic and troubleshooting of critical cases
• Oversees technician training to a competent level
• Manages servicing and maintenance schedules for vehicles
• Ensures quality of work through quality audits, CSI analysis, and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Automotive Discipline
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English (mandatory) and Arabic (desirable)
• Ability to lead a multi-national workforce
• Exposure to manufacturer support procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
