Purpose of the Role:
Support the overall brand image and marketing efforts across all touchpoints for a major destination and residential development. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with the destination's vision, values, and business objectives. Drive engagement, enhance brand positioning, and coordinate closely with internal teams including sales, development, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Destination & Brand Marketing
- Assist in developing destination and brand marketing strategies.
- Support brand vision and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Track brand awareness metrics and ensure consistency in customer-facing assets.
- Contribute to aligning residential projects with the destination branding.
- Collaborate with community, events, and sponsorship teams to position the destination as a hub for high-profile events.
- Help shape residential marketing strategies that support community sales goals.
- Oversee residential communications and ensure all customer touchpoints reflect brand guidelines.
- Support revenue-generating marketing initiatives across the destination.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the annual events and activity calendar.
- Ensure all marketing plans remain aligned with brand essence, position, and attributes.
Campaigns & Launches
- Coordinate roadshows and promotional events in collaboration with sales.
- Act as a point of contact with the development team for project launches and related marketing material.
- Support creation, inventory, and distribution of POSM across key locations.
- Assist in the rollout of digital marketing and PR campaigns for residential and destination-level efforts.
- Contribute to budget planning and tracking for marketing initiatives.
- Follow through on brand brief approvals and ensure execution aligns with expectations.
- Support planning efforts across resale, leasing, destination visibility, sales, and development.
- Participate in the creation and rollout of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, leaflets, invitations, videos).
- Assist with organizing and directing photo and video shoots for the destination and individual projects.
- Promote alignment between individual asset marketing and overall destination messaging.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Contribute to monthly reports and marketing performance summaries.
- Assist in preparing quarterly departmental updates and achievements.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or real estate project marketing.
