A leading e-commerce technology company in Oman is looking for an experienced Trainer to conduct virtual classroom training. This role involves delivering engaging training sessions and ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform efficiently. The position is permanently remote with an apprenticeship period for skills development.

Qualifications

  • Previous training experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge in creating training materials preferred but not required.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Track attendance, progress, and training completion.
  • Create and update training materials and documentation.
  • Assess trainee performance through activities and feedback.
  • Provide coaching and support during and after training.

Qualifications
  • Due to current business needs, this position is open exclusively to all Customer Support employees.
  • Previous Training Experience is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
  • Knowledge in creating training materials from scratch is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
  • We will do knowledge transfer and help you hone all the skills you need to become a full‑fledged Trainer.
  • Willing to learn new skills (e.g., video recording/editing – Training and support will be provided)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Able to engage learners in a remote setup
  • Familiar with virtual training tools and platforms
  • Can work independently and manage schedules from home

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Trainer to conduct virtual classroom training. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions, ensuring new hires and existing staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles efficiently. This is a permanent work‑from‑home position. He/She will undergo three months apprenticeship. The Training Manager will support and guide the Trainer in acquiring the necessary skills before leading a class.
