Job summary

DOROOB HR CONSULTING in Muscat seeks a Technical Software Trainer & Online Content Developer to lead the design, delivery, and administration of technical training programs. The role focuses on building and maintaining digital learning content and supporting adoption of digital tools across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in software training, solid instructional design background, and strong LMS and e-learning authoring tool expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in CIS, CS or related field.
• 5–8 years in software training, instructional design, e-learning or digital learning.
• At least 3 years as a trainer.
• Experience delivering technical and system training programs.
• Proficient with LMS and e-learning authoring tools (Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia).
• Experience creating digital content (videos, guides, online assessments) and knowledge of adult learning principles.

Job Description

Execute the development, delivery, and administration of technical software training programs and digital learning solutions under delegated authority from the Section Lead Academy by: (
1) Designing and delivering software and system training programs,
(2) Developing and maintaining e-learning and online learning content,
(3) Supporting digital learning platforms and user adoption initiatives; in order to enhance employee capability development and maximize the effective utilization of digital tools and business systems.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Science or a related field

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in software training, instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learning.
• 3 years of relevant experience as trainer
• Experience delivering technical and system-related training programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or equivalent.
• Experience creating digital content including videos, user guides, and online assessments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
