Job summary

DOROOB HR CONSULTING in Oman is seeking a Process Trainer with 3-5 years of oil and gas experience, preferably in a refinery. The role involves classroom and on-the-job training delivery, development of training materials, and conducting assessments to ensure competency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field, strong communication and facilitation skills, and experience in competency-based training and assurance frameworks within the

Position : Process Trainer .

Males only .

Experience: Min 3 year experience in Oil or Gas filed, preferably in a Refinery.

Teaching / Training experience: Min 3 years

Requirements

Min. Bachelor's degree in chemical Engineering or a related field.

Previous experience as a Process instructor or trainer. for 3-5 years

3-5 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.

Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery

Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks
