Job summary

Doroob in Oman is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to lead software training programs and digital learning initiatives. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training and assess learning outcomes for staff across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing engaging e-learning content, maintaining LMS materials, and supporting adoption of digital tools and systems to maximize capability development.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in software training, instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learning.
• 3 years of relevant experience as trainer.
• Experience delivering technical and system-related training programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or equivalent.
• Experience creating digital content including videos, user guides, and online assessments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

• (1) Designing and delivering software and system training programs,
• (2) Developing and maintaining e-learning and online learning content, and
• (3) Supporting digital learning platforms and user adoption initiatives; in order to enhance employee capability development and maximize the effective utilization of digital tools and business systems.
