Job summary

DOROOB HR CONSULTING in Oman is seeking a Mechanical maintenance instructor for a six-month contract. The role targets experienced professionals for the oil and gas or refinery sectors, delivering classroom and on-the-job training as per program design.

Arabic and English language skills are required, and only male candidates are considered. The instructor will develop and assess training materials, deliver competency-based training, and ensure effective communication and facilitation across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a mechanical instructor or trainer.
• 10–15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with competency-based training delivery.
• Familiarity with competency assurance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas or refinery sectors.
• Classroom and on-the-job training delivery with assessments

• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training per program design.
• Conduct assessments and examinations as part of the program.

Job Description

One of the Well-known companies in Oil & Gas sector in Oman is looking to hire the following :

Position :

Mechanical maintenance instructor

Males only .

Contract : 6 Months.

Arabic /English.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Previous experience as a mechanical instructor or trainer. for 5-10 years

10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.

Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery

Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory
