Job summary

Canvendor is seeking an Applications Support Engineer in Muscat, Oman to provide first-line support for TCS BaNCS Insurance modules across Life, Medical, Motor and General lines. You will handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience in TCS BaNCS Insurance Application Support, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with business users, infrastructure teams, and vendors. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in TCS BaNCS Insurance Application Support.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in production.
• Strong communication with business users and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 application support for TCS BaNCS Insurance users across modules.
• Monitor incidents, manage tickets, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Execute SQL/PLSQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
• Support UAT, releases, and post-deployment validations.
• Coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams for resolutions.
