Wall Street English in Muscat, Oman, is looking for a Teaching Assistant / Reception Admin who will welcome students, guide their learning journey, and act as the bridge between students, teachers, and the service team.

You will run welcome and advising sessions, monitor progress with personalized feedback, and keep the centre running smoothly. The role is customer-facing, demanding an outgoing personality, strong English skills, and a team-oriented, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High level of spoken and written English required.
• Front-of-house and customer-facing experience is essential.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and visitors at reception and create a positive first impression.
• Provide personalized coaching and guidance to support learning.
• Monitor progress and give regular feedback to improve performance.
• Build strong relationships to motivate learners and communicate with the service team.
• Promote an all-English learning environment and encourage daily usage.
• Conduct welcome sessions, advising sessions, and progress reviews.
• Assist with student bookings and schedule coordination.
• Support daily operations to keep the centre running smoothly.
• Act as a brand ambassador and create a positive centre experience.
