Job summary

Wall Street English Muscat is seeking an EFL Teaching Supervisor / Service Manager to oversee the center’s educational delivery and service excellence. You will lead a multicultural service team, ensuring premium learning journeys and measurable outcomes for students.

You will collaborate with the Center Director and Sales to align student experience with internal goals, mentor staff, and uphold standards of quality and engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years teaching experience, preferably in international settings.
• Experience leading multicultural teams and coaching staff.
• Strong understanding of educational quality control and service delivery.
• Ability to manage day-to-day service operations and SOP adherence.
• Experience with international or multicultural environments.
• Wall Street English teaching experience is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive student success and internal sales targets.
• Comfort with reporting tools and performance metrics.
• Empathetic, student-focused leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team to deliver a premium educational experience and guaranteed student learning.
• Manage daily service operations in line with Wall Street English standards and procedures.
• Partner with the Center Director and Sales Team to support internal sales, renewals, and referrals.
• Monitor service performance, student satisfaction, and learning outcomes, implementing improvements as needed.
• Promote the Wall Street English method while building strong student and alumni engagement.
