Job summary

Wall Street English in Muscat is seeking a Center Sales Manager to lead the center's business, operations, and service excellence. You will manage a multicultural team and drive ambitious sales and operational targets to deliver high-quality English language education.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor the sales team, partner with the service manager, and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a sales management role.
• Experience leading diverse teams and driving performance.
• Experience managing a P&L and center-wide operations.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in a premium B2C sales environment (preferred).
• Experience working in a franchise model (advantageous).
• Strong coaching, mentoring and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle KPIs and reporting across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working with targets and maintaining high service standards.
• Leadership position within a globally recognized English education brand.
