Job summary

gu-recruitment is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing IT solutions team in Muscat, Oman. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for software products and IT services.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of sales experience in software development or IT, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of sales experience in software development or IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of technology products, software, and IT services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
• A valid Omani driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Company software and IT solutions.
• Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, government entities, and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and account management.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
