Job summary

gu-recruitment is seeking a dynamic IT Sales Executive to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT solutions and services, with expertise in cybersecurity, AI, managed services, and digital transformation.

You will generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals while staying ahead of market trends. Familiarity with collaboration tools, cloud computing, and social media marketing as part of digital strategy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of IT sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, AI, managed services, and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with IT solutions, cloud computing, digital transformation strategies, AI-driven services, cybersecurity protocols, and collaboration tools.
• Sales certifications in IT solutions (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud) and cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and industry advancements.
• Provide insights to internal teams to enhance service offerings.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure deals.
• Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver client solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance.
