Job summary

Experience is hiring a General Manager to lead the M venpick Hotel Muscat Bausher operations in Oman. You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and a culture of excellence across all departments, including rooms, F&B, sales/marketing, and finance.

Lead strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and build stakeholder relationships to ensure brand standards and growth. The role requires proven GM experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of hotel operations and revenue

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in hospitality or related field.
• Strong track record in strategic planning and project leadership.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting/forecasting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations including rooms, F&B, and events.
• Proficiency in revenue management and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
