Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in CAD/CAM/CAE software sales.
• Experience with software such as Bentley, Ansys, Autodesk, or similar is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to translate client requirements into business opportunities.
