Qualifications

• Nationality: Omani
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA / PG Diploma preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in business development, marketing, or client-facing roles within the local construction/real estate/engineering sectors in Oman
• Track record: Demonstrated success in driving marketing strategies, generating leads, and closing high-value contracts

Responsibilities

• Lead generation for the Construction and Aluminium divisions across Oman.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, consultants, and main contractors.
• Coordinate tender pre-qualification submissions and timely tender/registration updates with estimation, technical and management teams.
• Maintain an updated CRM with lead/opportunity status and conversion metrics; provide regular market intelligence to management.
• Collaborate with Construction and Aluminium heads to align lead generation with capabilities and cross-sell where possible.
