The role involves building relationships with clients, conducting meetings, and coordinating with project teams. A background in construction or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and projects.
• Build relationships with architects and property owners.
• Conduct client meetings presenting services and solutions.
• Follow up on inquiries and ongoing negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
• Maintain communication with existing clients.
• Monitor market activities and competitor developments.
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports.
• Support in exhibitions and business meetings.
