Sales and Financial Performance

• Lead the store team toward achievement of store sales targets and established KPIs.
• Set sales objectives and monitor performance against agreed targets.
• Analyze sales results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain store shrinkage below 0.2% of cost of sale.
• Monitor store expenses, budgets and financial objectives.
• Conduct regular financial and stock audits.
• Develop and implement action plans based on performance metrics to drive results.

Store Operations

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise replenishment and back-store activities.

• Maintain required visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records covering leave management, passport information, performance and conduct history, and roster management.
• Ensure merchandise is replenished efficiently and back-store operations remain organized.
• Communicate store performance, challenges and opportunities regularly to higher management.
• Implement security measures designed to prevent theft and support the safety of customers and employees.

Customer Experience

Customer service remains a central part of store performance. The Store Manager is expected to lead the team in achieving Club Apparel, NPS and DSES goals while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain an effective relationship with mall management.
