Apparel Group is seeking a Retail Operations Manager — Multi-Store in Masqaţ, Oman. The role leads Area Managers and Store Managers, driving sales, profitability and consistent retail standards across the store network.

The position requires strong commercial focus and effective leadership in retail operations, stock control, visual merchandising, and new store projects to strengthen brand execution and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance against key measures: units per transaction, avg transaction value, monthly sales, sales per square foot, shrinkage control and conversion.
• Set store sales targets to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to improve productivity using resources.
• Monitor performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Oversee stock management, including inventory and stock security measures across stores.
• Participate in store design and new store projects from planning to setup.
