Job summary

Tawteen is seeking an experienced debt recovery professional to manage overdue accounts for SME customers in Oman, leveraging daily reports to ensure timely debt recovery while maintaining professional customer service. The role aims to reduce non-performing loans and improve collection efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Clearance, CAD-RMG, and internal departments to manage exceptions, pursue credit opportunities, and support trade finance operations while ensuring risk

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection and SME banking environments.
• Ability to build relationships with banks and internal teams.
• Experience assessing credit risk and mitigating exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage overdue accounts for SME customers based on daily reports.
• Focus on reducing non-performing loans and improving collection efficiency.
