• Graduate Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with relevant AMC/service sales experience.
• Aggressive sales approach with proven targets achievement.
• Strong negotiation skills in service sales AMC finalization.

Responsibilities

• Estimate quotations and prepare product presentations for AMC tenders.
• Review pre- and post-tender meetings and finalise AMC submissions.
• Identify new markets and secure contracts to expand market share.
• Ensure timely AMC payments from assigned accounts.
• Provide efficient after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with field operations to resolve client technical issues.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Finance and Commercial teams for post-order processing.
• Meet monthly and yearly targets and KPIs.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation preparation of quotations product presentations post and pre tender review meetings submissions follow-ups negotiations and finalization of AMC
• Identifying new markets for other brand equipments and securing the contracts to grab additional market share
• Building and maintaining active association with Existing new customers for business development
• Follow up collect the AMC payments on time from all the assigned accounts
• Attaining maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers
• Coordination with filed operation team for resolving the technical issues addressed by clients
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Finance and Commercial teams to streamline post-order processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery of client contractual and commercial requirements
• Achieve assigned targets and consistently meet defined KPIs within specified timelines on a monthly and annual basis

Qualifications

• Graduate Mechanical / Electrical Engineers with 6+years OR Diploma with 12+ years of experience in AMC, Service Sales of elevator, escalators, trav-o-lators, etc.
• Candidates should possess aggressive sales approach in the market and proven track record of targets achievement.
• Should also have good negotiation skills in Service sales AMC finalization
