Job summary

Specialized Import and Trading LLC - Oman, Muscat is seeking an experienced Service Sales specialist for AMC and after-sales support in elevator and escalator systems. The role focuses on aggressive market development and securing key contracts.

You will drive negotiations, coordinate with finance and operations, ensure timely payments, and consistently meet monthly and annual targets in a dynamic local market.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 6+ years in AMC/service sales of elevators/escalators.
• Diploma with 12+ years in AMC/service sales can be considered.
• Aggressive sales approach with proven target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation, quotation preparation, and tender submissions.
• Identify new markets and secure contracts to grow market share.
• Maintain customer associations and ensure timely AMC payments.
• Provide efficient after-sales service and resolve client issues.
• Coordinate with finance and operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Education Diploma(Electrical, Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical)

Industry Vertical Transportation / Elevator Systems

Estimation, preparation of quotations, product presentations, post and pre tender review meetings, submissions, follow-ups, negotiations and finalization of AMC.

Identifying new markets for other brand equipments and securing the contracts to grab additional market share.

Building and maintaining active association with Existing, new customers for business development.

Follow up & collect the AMC payments on time from all the assigned accounts.

Attaining maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers.

Coordination with filed operation team for resolving the technical issues addressed by clients

Lead cross-functional coordination with Finance and Commercial teams to streamline post-order processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery of client contractual and commercial requirements.

Achieve assigned targets and consistently meet defined KPIs within specified timelines on a monthly and annual basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate Mechanical / Electrical Engineers with 6+years OR Diploma with 12+ years of experience in AMC, Service Sales of elevator, escalators, trav-o-lators, etc.

Candidates should possess aggressive sales approach in the market and proven track record of targets achievement. Should also have good negotiation skills in Service sales AMC finalization
